Borders In Recovery is a Lived Experience Recovery Community, hosted by Recovery Coaching Scotland CIC, and a member of the Scottish Recovery Consortium. The recovery community is open to anyone over 16 years old who is in recovery from substance use or who has a loved one who is. Recovery Cafés are run weekly in Galashiels, Eyemouth, Hawick and Peebles offering a free hot meal, peer support, signposting, meaningful activities and personal development opportunities.

Borders in Recovery also have a weekly Music Group, Self Care and Wellbeing Hub and family friendly groups such as the Saturday Breakfast Club and the monthly Sunday Recovery Roast dinner. There are also SMART recovery meetings in Peebles and Galashiels, including a women's group.

If you are interested in coming along but would like support to attend your first café or group, volunteers from Borders in Recovery can support you to do this. Volunteers can also support you to attend the Lived Experience Forum.

You can find out more about Borders in Recovery from our website and social media. www.bordersinrecovery.org

The group are supported by Borders ADP, NHS Borders, CHIMES and With You in Borders.
