Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS)

PASS is an independent service which is part of Scottish Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB). It aims to provide free confidential information, advice and support to patients, their carers and families about services provided by NHS.

Care Opinion

Care Opinion is an independent organisation that provides an online forum for patient feedback. Patients and carers can tell their story about their experience of the NHS. NHS Borders will always respond to any feedback provided.
