5–11 June is NHS Borders Wellbeing Week.
We have a brilliant programme of events and activities for staff to attend, from crochet and Zumba to Laughter Yoga, all developed around “Six Ways to Be Well in the Borders”.
This brochure contains information on all of the events, instructions on how to book if you need to, and a section to be used at any time with Wellbeing resources.
Wellbeing means different things to different people, but we hope you can find an activity that reflects wellbeing for you in Wellbeing Week.
