- The process for documenting patient notes is:
- Eg TRAK / Paper notes in folders by beds or in trolley
- Explain where the following things are:
- **COVID-19 PPE**
- Patients notes and stationary (eg. drug kardexes / unitary )
- Doctor’s office / any other computers designated for doctors
- Bloods tubes / cannulas / culture bottles / ABG syringes
- ECG machine
- The emergency trolley / resus trolley
- Toilets
- Fire escape
- The following jobs on this ward today will be performed by (eg. junior or senior doctor / nurse / phlebotomist etc):
- Bloods / Cannulas / ECG / Catheter insertion

- On the ward round please note oxygen requirements, place updated oxygen sticker in notes, and update the laminated oxygen form on the wall
