A programme which helps you to make small, sustainable lifestyle changes to better manage your weight.

The programme includes:

  • An initial assessment with a specialist member of the team to determine what type of support is most suitable
  • Group support
  • Up to a year in our service
  • A 12 session group programme with 3 follow up sessions
  • Diet and lifestyle advice
  • Behaviour change techniques
  • Psychologically informed sessions

These sessions are provided either online or face to face by our specialist weight management team.
