NHS Education Scotland have developed a comprehensive set of resources for assessing your training needs. The resources are based around a framework of four knowledge and skill levels, (Informed, Skilled, Enhanced and Expertise) dependent on the type and intensity of interaction with Autistic individuals. The NES Autism Training Framework resources can be downloaded from the Scottish Autism Strategy website.
