The Association of Chartered Paediatric Physiotherapists has a range of information leaflets on a variety of topics and conditions and can be found here.
For pre-school aged children we suggest exploring some of the activities suggested in the Play@home books which are part of a Scottish Goverment initiative. These books are likely to have been issued by your Health Visitor and cover the following age ranges:
Birth to 1 Year | 1 to 3 Years | 3 to 5 Years |
For further information on Play@home please contact your Health Visitor directly.
