Food and Health
Our food and health team promote good nutrition and support people to eat well across all life stages (pre-conception, pregnancy, postnatal, babies, infants, children and young people, adults and older people).We aim to increase nutritional knowledge, skill and confidence for those we work with.
We provide:
- Clear, reliable and consistent information
- Support to communities to reduce barriers to following the eat well guide
- Training in nutrition to a range of partner organisations, community groups, colleagues, volunteers and individuals
- Support to partners
- Capacity building.
