  • National Autistic Society – exists to champion rights and interests of all people with autism to ensure that they and their families receive quality services appropriate to their needs.
  • Propeller Multimedia Ltd – one of the UK’s leading resources for rehabilitation software, to assist individuals regain speech, reading and writing skills impaired due to stroke or brain injury.
  • REACT2 - the software programme developed jointly by NHS Borders SLT dept and Propeller Multimedia Ltd - an interactive programme for both adults and children with speech and language difficulties.
  • Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists - this is the professional body of which all NHS Borders SLTs are members.
