Are you planning to have caesarean delivery? Enhanced Recovery for Obstetric Surgery in Scotland (EROSS) is a national patient-centred care pathway. The aim of EROSS is to help promote recovery and improve overall experience with your planned caesarean delivery.

Physiotherapy Session Prior to Planned Caesarean Delivery
Ahead of your planned Caesarean Delivery you will receive information on how to book a pre-operative physiotherapy session. This virtual session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is an opportunity to review the information above and discuss exercise and advice to support your recovery.
