Occupational Therapists work in various specialisms and Multi-disciplinary teams across the Scottish Borders.
The Teams
- Out-patient Services
Assessment and intervention within an NHS setting in your locality or if appropriate within your own home environment.
- Home First
A short term community re-enablement service supporting individuals on discharge from hospital or at risk of admission to hospital.
Referrals
At present our Community Occupational Therapy services do not operate a self-referral system but patients can be referred via their GP Surgery or medical consultant.
