NHS Borders Annual Review – your opportunity to hear from our Board about our current position and plans for the future

Thursday 22 August 2024

14:30-15:30

The Tryst, Chaplaincy Centre, Borders General Hospital

Don’t forget, the NHS Borders Annual Review is taking place on Thursday 22 August 2024.

We are currently facing unprecedented challenges in planning and delivering healthcare services in the Borders. To address these challenges, we must innovate and adapt our approach. This may mean making some difficult decisions about the services we provide.

The annual review is an opportunity for you to hear and ask questions about the Board’s performance in 2023/24 and our future plans. The session will include a presentation from our Chair, Karen Hamilton, followed by an open question and answer session.

If you are able, please let us know if you wish to attend the Annual Review and if you require additional support. You can do this by emailing public.involvement@borders.scot.nhs.uk.

It will also be possible to stream the session online. Please contact NHS Borders Public Involvement if you wish to attend virtually so that we can provide you with a link. A recording of the session will be available to view afterwards.

If you'd like to submit a question in advance for our board members to answer on the day, please get in touch with us by emailing public.involvement@borders.scot.nhs.uk.

Please note that whilst members of the public are actively encouraged to ask questions during the Q&A session, it will not be possible to answer patient specific questions.
